Marlene Bridges, Realtor® Sherman Smith & Associates

MarleneMarlene provides superior Real Estate service in the Orange County California. Her passion to assist Seniors and their families has lead her to develop a network of caring professionals to assist her clients in downsizing and relocation. Marlene has developed a "Concierge" approach to handling the very specialized needs of seniors and their families. Some of the ancillary services she directs/provides are:

1) Assisting in identifying family "heirlooms" and getting them shipped to the appropriate new location(s).

2)Moving Services specializing in Senior Moves.

3)Estate sellers to generate money for the transition and for making the property available for sale.

4) Contractors such as painters, flooring, cleaning services, and handymen to get the property in the most saleable condition for a quick sale at the best price.

Marlene's Marketing goes beyond a sign in the yard and a quick listing on Multiple Listing Service. Ser assists in getting the property ready for sale using the required services listed above, then stages the property. This places the property in the best possible condition to achieve the fastest sale for the best price. Then numerous photographs are taken to be used not only on the listing, she also places it on over 80 different web sites to maximize exposure. According to the National Association of Realtors® over 80% of people searching for a home start their search online.

Marlene's caring attitude is what causes her clients to become friends and her friends to become clients. Her goal is to make the transition of you or your loved one the simplest possible. You have many things to be concerned about during this transition. Getting the property sold so you can move on is Marlene's job. Her goal is to make the transition as seamless and with the least impact as possible for you.

 client testimonials

"You went far beyond the call of duty in helping to get my home sold. Thanks you for referring and overseeing the work that needed to be done to get my home ready to sell. You're a miracle worker." M.B. - Laguna Hills, CA

"After Mom died, it was really hard to get down to selling her home. Thank you for your help in sorting out and packing all the family memories. The estate sellers you referred us to did a great job. We were able to use that money for the painting, carpet and handyman services you arranged for. It was such a blessing to know that we didn't need to come fly to California from our homes in Colorado to get all this accomplished. We knew we could count on you. When the house was ready to put on the market, you also did a great job explaining the offers we received and helped us to get the best price possible for Mom's home in Laguna Woods." M.S. & D.S. - Colorado
